1. Terms of Service (Summary)
- Eligibility: Must be 18+ or have guardian consent.
- Artist Content: You keep ownership of your music. By uploading, you grant us a license to distribute and stream it on Gloryfy Music.
- User Rules: No copyright infringement, illegal, or offensive uploads.
- Streams: A valid stream = a subscribed listener plays your track ≥30 seconds.
- Revenue Split: 60% to artists, 40% to Gloryfy Music.
- Payments: Monthly payouts, minimum threshold ₹100. Finalized after verification.
- Termination: We may suspend/remove accounts violating rules. You can close your account anytime.
- Jurisdiction: Governed by Indian law, with disputes in Kerala, India.
2. Artist Agreement (Summary)
- Ownership: You own your songs. We only get a streaming/distribution license.
- Subscription Allocation:
- ₹49 plan → split over 2 months (₹24.50/month)
- ₹119 plan → split over 5 months (₹23.80/month)
- Revenue Logic:
- Active subscribers only count.
- 1 valid stream per user per track per month.
- Replays don’t add extra streams.
- Payout = (Your streams ÷ Total streams) × Artist Pool (60% of revenue).
- Safeguards: Fraud detection, refund reserves (5–10%), no payout if no streams.
- Threshold: Payouts only if earnings ≥ ₹100; otherwise, earnings roll over.
3. Privacy Policy (Summary)
- We Collect: Account details, uploaded songs, stream counts, and revenue data.
- We Use: To calculate revenue, process payouts, detect fraud, and improve services.
- We Share: Only with payment processors, legal authorities (if required), or trusted service providers. We never sell your data.
- Security: Your payout and personal data are stored securely with encryption.
- Rights: You can access, edit, or request deletion of your data.
- Children: Not intended for users under 13.
