1. Introduction

Welcome to Gloryfy Creators (“App”, “Platform”), operated by Gloryfy Music (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By using this App, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a legal guardian.
• You must have the legal rights to upload and distribute the music you submit.

3. User Responsibilities

• You may not upload copyrighted or infringing material.
• You agree not to upload illegal, offensive, defamatory, or obscene content.
• You are solely responsible for the content you upload.

4. License to Gloryfy

By uploading content, you grant Gloryfy Music a non-exclusive, worldwide license to:

• Host, stream, distribute, and make your content available to listeners.
• Use your artist name, profile, and artwork for promotion.

You retain ownership of your music.

5. Streams & Revenue Sharing

• A valid stream is when a subscribed user listens for at least 30 seconds.
• One stream per user per track per month (replays do not count).
• Revenue is split 60% to artists and 40% to Gloryfy Music.
• Revenue is finalized monthly, based on subscription allocations (see Artist Agreement).

6. Payments

• ₹100 minimum payout threshold.
• Payments are made monthly, within 30 days of month-end.
• You must provide valid bank/UPI/PayPal details.
• Taxes and transfer fees are your responsibility.

7. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
• You may delete your account anytime.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Gloryfy is not liable for technical issues, fraud, or unauthorized account use.
• Revenue shown in-app is provisional until finalized.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction lies with the courts of Kerala, India.

• You grant Gloryfy a license to distribute and stream your content.
• You retain full copyright.

2. Content Rules

• You must have all necessary permissions (samples, covers, features).
• Illegal or infringing content will be removed.

1. Subscription Plans & Allocation
   • ₹49 plan → valid 2 months → ₹24.50/month allocated.
   • ₹119 plan → valid 5 months → ₹23.80/month allocated.
   • Revenue is allocated monthly across validity, not upfront.
2. Active Subscription Check
   • Expired plans = treated as non-subscribers.
   • Streams from expired plans are ignored.
3. Valid Streams
   • Counted if ≥30s playtime.
   • Max 1 stream per user per track per month.
   • Replays don’t add extra streams.
4. Revenue Distribution
   • Monthly Active Revenue (R_month) = sum of active subscriber allocations.
   • Artist Pool (R_a) = R_month × 60%.
   • App Share (R_g) = R_month × 40%.
   • Artist Payout (P_a) = R_a × (S_a ÷ S_total).
5. Where:
   • S_a = valid streams for artist.
   • S_total = total valid streams across all artists.
6. Safeguards
   • Minimum payout ₹100.
   • Fraud detection (bots/unusual play patterns).
   • Reserve 5–10% for refunds/chargebacks.
   • No payout if S_total = 0.
7. Example

   1 user buys ₹49 (2 months).
   Month 1 = ₹24.50 allocated.
   Month 2 = ₹24.50 allocated.
   Month 3 onwards = plan expired → no revenue counted.

4. Payments

• Monthly, after finalization.
• You are responsible for taxes and fees.

5. Termination

• Either party may terminate with notice.
• Gloryfy may remove content for violations.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kerala, India.
