Gloryfy Music (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy. This page explains your privacy choices and how you can manage the information you share with the Gloryfy Creators app.

You can manage the following types of data in the app:
- Account Information: Name, email, phone, profile details – can be updated or deleted in your account settings.
- Uploaded Content: Songs, cover art, and metadata – you can delete or update your uploads at any time.
- Revenue and Payment Data: Earnings and payout details – can be requested via our support email.
- Technical & Usage Data: Device info, logs, and streaming analytics – used for app functionality; cannot be fully disabled but limited via account deletion.
3. Sharing & Third-Party Access
You can control how your data is shared with third parties:
- Payment processors and hosting services – necessary to process payouts and store your content.
- Analytics providers – used only for app functionality and performance improvements.
- Legal requests and compliance – data shared only when required by law.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
4. Security
Your data is protected with industry-standard security practices, including encryption where applicable. Payment and financial data are stored securely.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
- Your data is kept while your account is active.
- Revenue and financial records may be retained for compliance after account termination.

7. Children’s Privacy
This app is not intended for children under 13. Users must be at least 13 years old. Only eligible artists may create accounts.
8. App Store Compliance
- Encryption: The app does not use non-exempt encryption.
- Age Rating: Rated 4+ on the App Store; contains only Christian devotional content.
- Payments: Artists can view earnings in-app but cannot make or withdraw payments directly. Payouts are processed externally.
9. Changes to Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. All changes are effective upon posting on this page.
