- Private Journal & Divine Harmony: Text entries, mood inputs, and voice clips. Journal entries are intended for your private reflection and are encrypted.
- Usage Data: Listening history, "Most Played" tracks, and interaction with Shared Sessions.
- Media Access: Permission to access local storage for Offline Listening and file uploads.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Personalization: To generate "Daily Recommendations" and "Divine Harmony" mood-mapped playlists.
- Social Interaction: To manage Follower/Following lists and enable "Collaborative Playlists."
- Service Improvement: Tracking play counts to improve our recommendation engine.
- Synchronization: Using real-time technology for "Shared Sessions" so you can listen with friends.
3. Data Sharing and Social Features
- Public Profile: Your name, bio, and public UGC (Drops) are visible to other users.
- Collaborative Playlists: Other invited members can see the tracks you add or remove.
- Payments: All subscription transactions are processed by Apple. We do not store your credit card information.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures. Your Private Journal entries are encrypted at rest. We use secure OAuth 2.0 protocols for authentication and cloud hosting with high-level security standards.
5. Premium Features & DRM
For Offline Downloading, we may perform Digital Rights Management (DRM) checks to verify your active subscription status via Apple’s secure receipt validation.
6. Your Rights & Account Deletion
You have the right to access, update, or delete your data at any time.
Account Deletion: You may permanently delete your account and all associated data directly within the App Settings. Upon deletion, your personal information, journal entries, and uploaded content will be permanently removed from our active databases within 30 days.
